This recognition positions Larimar City & Resort as a world reference in real estate development, not only for its avant-garde urban design, but also for its economic, social and environmental impact. The project stands as the first smart city in the Caribbean, a self-sufficient city that combines Technology, efficiency, sustainability and a high-end lifestyle.

Since its inception, Larimar has opted for a garden city model with phased modular construction, allowing for a phased and highly functional investment.

In addition, the project integrates a promenade of more than 3 kilometers at 100 meters above sea level, artificial beaches, an 18-hole golf course, a university, a hospital, a shopping center, sports areas, green spaces, and a carefully curated culinary and commercial offering. All of this has been designed to offer an experience that recreates the Mediterranean lifestyle in the heart of the Caribbean.

This is in addition to a firm commitment to renewable energy generation (solar and wind), efficient water treatment, and energy consumption optimization throughout the complex.

Larimar City & Resort will also have a significant social and economic impact on the region.

promoting stable employment in the service sector, boosting local commerce, and attracting foreign investment.
