Punta Cana, Dominican Republic — [October 19, 2025].- Larimar City & Resort celebrated its fifth Skytour this weekend, a gathering already established as one of the most anticipated events for clients, collaborators, and strategic partners. More than 300 people attended a day marked by excitement, community spirit, and the vision of the future inspired by this major urban project on the waterfront.

The company's president, Juan Andrés Romero, delivered the keynote address at the event. In his remarks, he recalled the project's origins, thanked clients and partner companies for their support, and highlighted how Larimar continues to grow strongly, positioning itself as the first Smart City in the Caribbean. “Larimar is much more than a real estate development: it's a city that beats, grows, and shines with each of you,” Romero said.

One of the highlights was the official presentation of Kairos Golf Residences, a new residential development that consolidates Larimar's expansion into the sports and active lifestyle hub. Borja Mengual took the floor to share the project proposal, which generated great enthusiasm among those in attendance.

The ceremony culminated with the presentation of the awards from the Dominican Republic Baseball Old Glory League, an emotional event held in memory of Eugenio, a great friend and collaborator of Larimar. The company has sponsored this league for two years as part of its commitment to the community and national sport. The news was covered by CDN Sport. 

Among the honorees were the Estrellas de Herrera, Yamasá, and Cangrejeros de Haina teams, as well as outstanding players such as Alexander Santa, Alfredo Rosario, and Carlos Joseph. Recognitions were also given to managers and the breakout team of the year.

The Skytour has established itself as a meeting place for those already part of the Larimar community and for those who want to experience firsthand a project that is transforming the way we live and invest in the Caribbean.
