Involvement Larimar City & Resort at the International Tourism Fair FITUR 2026, With the help of CLERHP, has marked a new milestone in the international projection of the project and in its positioning as one of the most ambitious and sustainable urban developments in the Caribbean.
During the trade fair, the Larimar City & Resort stand, located in the Americas pavilion, established itself as a key meeting point for professionals in the tourism, real estate, and investment sectors. The proposal presented—based on innovation, urban planning, sustainability, and quality of life—generated significant interest among investors, media, and international stakeholders, reinforcing the project's appeal in both the European and global contexts.
FITUR 2026 was also the chosen stage to announce a key strategic step: the Opening of the new Larimar City & Resort headquarters in MadridLocated at 12 Velázquez Street, one of the main business hubs of the capital, this new branch strengthens the project's connection with the European market and complements the opening of the Málaga headquarters last November, thus consolidating the group's international expansion strategy.
