On Saturday October 18, During and fifth SkyTour de Larimar City & Resort, was officially presented Kairos Golf Residences, marking the beginning of a new stage in the development of the project.

During the opening ceremony, President of CLERHP Structures, Juan Andres Romero, gave way to the presentation of Borja Mengual, CEO and Founder of Kairos, who shared the vision and essence of this unique proposal in front of the Larimar golf course.

From the very first moment, the space was transformed into a sensory experience designed to reflect the soul of Kairos: balance, well-being and purpose.

Each visitor was welcomed into a serene setting, surrounded by warm light, natural aromas, and a calm atmosphere. Through a guided experience called “Your Kairos Moment”, guests experienced a tour that awakened their senses: soft music, massage chairs, an audio visualization with a female voice, and the presentation of a symbolic gift —The Kairos Affirmations Bottle, created as a reminder of personal intention and purpose.

Beyond aesthetics, the experience sought touch the soul: invite each person to stop, breathe and connect with the vision that Kairos represents—the art of finding the perfect moment.
