Just like KAM (Key Account Manager)JJ Alonso leads the management of broker and real estate agent accounts worldwide, as well as coordinating the KAM teams within CLERHP. His mission is clear: create, train and organize commercial teams and networks that drive the growth and expansion of the groupWith a strategic vision and a strong focus on excellence, JJ is the driving force that drives new business opportunities and strengthens key relationships for the company's success.
Broker Management: A Global Network of Strategic Partners
One of the fundamental aspects of JJ's work at Larimar City & Resort is the Management of authorized brokers, a group of key professionals in the marketing of the project at an international level. Since Canada to Italy, via Dubai, Puerto Rico and the Dominican RepublicJJ coordinates and supports this network of real estate experts, ensuring they have the tools, training and strategies necessary to bring the vision of Larimar City & Resort to investors around the world.
These brokers, which appear in the section of Authorized Brokers of the Larimar website, are strategic allies in the expansion of the project. Thanks to their experience and JJ's guidance, Larimar City continues to establish itself as a safe, profitable investment destination with enormous growth potential in the Caribbean.
What he loves most about Larimar City & Resort
