Who is Daniel Malky?

My name is Daniel Malky and I'm a partner and member of the executive team at Larimar City & Resort. I first met CLERHP Estructuras S.A. in 2017, when I was part of one of Bolivia's most important family-owned business groups, dedicated to developing residential, commercial, and especially hotel real estate projects in Bolivia and Argentina. From that first encounter as a client, a professional and personal relationship began that, over time, led me to partner directly with CLERHP.

What is your role within the company?

Since the very beginnings of Larimar City, I have been primarily involved in the commercial area. However, from now on my focus will be on what I'm most passionate about and where I have the most experience: bringing the city to life. I work alongside hotel chains and gastronomic operators to activate the hotels, restaurants, and every space that will shape the soul of the project. We are currently partnering with prestigious brands such as Sonesta Hotels, Archipelago International, and the hotel operator Remington Hotels.

What does being part of the Larimar City & Resort project mean to you, and what struck you most from the start?

Being part of Larimar has been one of the most exciting experiences of my professional life. I clearly remember the first time I visited the site: I knew immediately that this was not just another investment, but a dream with the potential to become a legacy.

Larimar is not just a set of buildings: it's a vibrant community, a city with a Caribbean soul, designed to deliver quality of life and to transform the urban landscape of Punta Cana.
