Who is Daniel Malky?
My name is Daniel Malky and I am a partner and part of the management of Larimar City & Resort. I met CLERHP Structures SA In 2017, I was part of one of Bolivia's most important family business groups dedicated to developing residential, commercial, and, especially, hotel real estate projects in Bolivia and Argentina. From that first meeting as a client, a professional and personal relationship began that eventually led me to become a direct partner with CLERHP.
What is your role within the company?
Since the beginning of Larimar CityI've been primarily involved in the commercial area. However, from now on, my focus will be on what I'm most passionate about and where I have the most experience: bringing the city to life. I'm dedicated to working alongside hotel chains and restaurant operators to activate the hotels, restaurants, and each space that will form the soul of the project. We're currently collaborating with prestigious brands such as Sonesta Hotels, Archipelago International, and hotel operator Remington Hotels.
What does being part of the Larimar City & Resort project mean to you, and what impacted you the most from the start?
Being part of Larimar has been one of the most exciting experiences of my professional life. I clearly remember the first time I visited the land: I immediately knew this wasn't just another investment, but a dream with the potential to become a legacy.
