Who is Alvaro Meca?
I am Álvaro Meca Rubio, a graduate in Law and Business Administration, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for the Stock Market. From a young age, my parents instilled in me values such as responsibility and hard work, teaching me by example. At nine years old, I launched a small business in the poultry sector with my brother, an experience that shaped my entrepreneurial calling. Over time, I understood that legal knowledge is key to managing successful businesses, while the Stock Market has become a stimulating environment that allows me to develop critical analysis, understand global markets, and learn from diverse sectors and business models.
What is your role within CLERHP?
I joined CLERHP as Deputy Director. In this position, I assume various responsibilities, with the management and review of legal matters being one of my most time-consuming tasks. I am also actively involved in the planning area, collaborating on the implementation of processes and managing the company's documents.
What do you love most about Larimar City & Resort?
He tells us that he joined Larimar after being invited by Juan Andrés Romero, a young entrepreneur who presented him with the vision of creating an urban center in the Dominican Republic to live and visit. As a restless person motivated by challenges, he didn't hesitate to accept. Upon joining, he discovered a deeply committed team, something that positively surprised him. For him, Larimar is not just a company, but a collective dream that advances every day, a multidisciplinary project from which he constantly learns and which fills him with pride.
