Who is Nicolas Carazo?

I am a Spanish architect with years of experience, passionate about architecture and committed to design, functionality and sustainability.
Throughout my career, I have always sought to improve the quality of life of people in every project. Now, at Larimar, I am fortunate to lead an exceptional team that works in harmony to make our vision a reality.
What are you most passionate about about being part of an innovative project?
"What motivates me most about working at Larimar is being able to contribute to a project that transforms the way we live in cities. Larimar is not just an architectural development; it is a vision of the future where sustainability, technology and community converge. In addition, the natural environment of the cliff provides us with unique inspiration for each design and project decision.
Larimar is going to redefine urbanism and lifestyle in the Dominican Republic, especially in the Punta Cana area, offering integrated experiences with the unique surroundings of the cliff, its walks, its beaches, its shared spaces, its sports areas and an incomparable golf environment.”
What won you over about Larimar?
