The complex called ASTON Towers Larimar City will showcase 432 “named” residences in three elegant towers.
The complex will include multiple dining options, a spa, a fitness center and a large outdoor pool area. This residential proposal offers views of the central lagoon located in Phase II.
Archipelago HARPER Project
HARPER's Paradise Tower will introduce 144 branded residences in one tower, marking Archipelago's third HARPER project in the Americas.
All these projects will be developed in Phase 1 of construction.

The luxurious GRAND ASTON Larimar City Golf Hotel & Residences
It will have 150 elegant hotel rooms and 94 exclusive residences and villas. Both the hotel and the residences will be located next to the resort's golf course, which will be a prominent theme throughout the development. This ambitious project promises an immersive experience with indoor golf simulator facilities and illuminated practice areas.
