We're already on our way!
From the moment you arrive at the large area that will be occupied by the newest city in the Caribbean, you can see that the development work has already begun, especially on the main avenue of Larimar City, which leads to the main roundabout that distributes the roads to the camp and the mining and workshop area, as well as to the golf course or its continuation towards the large plot of land on which the Prime towers will be built and, further on, the artificial beach area of Phase 1, which will offer unique 180º views of the coast of Bávaro and Punta Cana.
Specifically, the performances that can be seen in this video recorded a few days ago are:
– Completion of access roads for Phase 1.
– Excavations to begin the foundation and basements of the Prime Towers residential complex.
– Construction of nine holes of the Golf Course.
– Construction of the cement plant on the land.
– Work begins on the beaches along the cliff promenade.
