Joint Venture of CLERHP Structures and Archipelago International
The Spanish multinational 'CLERHP Structures', and the international hotel management group 'ARCHIPELAGO International', leader in Southeast Asia, have signed a strategic alliance framework agreement, with 'joint venture' conditions, for the management and administration of a minimum of one thousand homes in the most ambitious urban development in the Dominican Republic, Larimar City & Resort, flagship project of the real estate development line of the listed Clerhp.
They will jointly carry out the administration and management of projects with exploitation
Both companies will jointly carry out the administration and management of projects with exclusive exploitation in the modalities of 'condo-hotel' and 'Branded residences'.
The first projects will be Branded Residences 'ASTON Towers', consisting of 432 residences; and 'Paradise Tower by HARPER', with 144 residences.
The Archipelago International group is officially accredited as one of the vacation rental program management companies in Larimar City & Resort. Larimar clients will be able to choose it for the management of their properties, incorporating the exclusivity and character that defines each of the projects included in the aforementioned agreement: 'Paradise Tower by Harper', 'The Aston Towers Branded Residences'; and Grand Aston Golf Hotel & Residences.
