CLERHP, a renowned Spanish company specializing in promotion, engineering and construction in Spain and Latin America, has presented at the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) its innovative real estate project called Larimar City & Resort.This ambitious initiative aims to become The first Smart City in the Caribbean and will be located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, just 10 kilometers off the coast of Bávaro.
Larimar City will be a one-of-a-kind resort city, with a wide range of housing (apartments, townhouses, villas, etc.); hotels; commercial areas; hospital; university; schools; and a unique combination of urban and resort areas. In addition, will have an 18-hole golf course; another nine-hole par 3 course on the promenade surrounded by artificial beaches, a Beauty District, sports areas and large green areas with lakes and zones designed for enjoying healthy leisure time.
The development will begin with the construction of two major residential projects in Phase 1, which are Prime Towers and Horizon View. An extensive promenade of more than 3 km in length will also be developed, which will include artificial beaches and pools, a social club, restaurants and beach clubs, all with privileged endless views from 100 meters high that fuse the intense green of the island's vegetation with the Atlantic blue that bathes the entire Bávaro Coast to Punta Cana.
Conducive environment for foreign investment
Larimar City will have sophisticated facilities, such as its own golf course and country club, university, health services, shopping centers, offices, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues and the construction of a Beach Club. Huge artificial swimming pools, children's play areas and sports fields to provide a unique comfort experience to both residents and visitors.
This project has aroused the interest of European and American investors, who have joined this initiative that will become an important economic and social driver for the Caribbean region.
